Hi! My name is Alana.

I believe that the key to optimal postpartum recovery is found in nourishing the mother in this new, beautiful phase of life. Through intentional and nutrient-dense ingredients, I provide the gift of warm and nourishing meals, prepared with love and care in the serenity of your own home.

With seven years of experience in the wellness world and three years as a personal chef, I have a deep love for helping others in their healing journey; from cooking a nourishing dinner from scratch to teaching an intentional yoga class, naturally, everything I do purposefully seeks to nourish the body and mind.
