Healing lies within the wisdom of nourishing & loving the body well.
Hi! My name is Alana.
I believe that the key to optimal postpartum recovery is found in nourishing the mother in this new, beautiful phase of life. Through intentional and nutrient-dense ingredients, I provide the gift of warm and nourishing meals, prepared with love and care in the serenity of your own home.
With over a decade of experience in the wellness world and a personal chef, I have a deep love for helping others in their healing journey; from cooking a nourishing dinner from scratch to teaching an intentional yoga class, naturally, everything I do purposefully seeks to nourish the body and mind.

“Alana has been with me and my family through three pregnancy and postpartum journeys and has positively impacted our health and overall wellbeing. This phase of life is incredibly beautiful but can be quite unpredictable and busy. There isn’t much time or energy left to cook meals that adequately nourish the depleted and exhausted mama. Alana crafts a menu full of meals and snacks that are nutrient-dense, delicious, and exactly what the pregnant and postpartum mama needs to refuel and heal the body. Alana applies her vast knowledge of nutrition and wellness to provide food that the whole family will love. She also worked with us to make every meal, snack, and dessert dairy, soy, cashew, and pistachio-free due to food allergies and all the foods were still full of flavor.
It’s very apparent how passionate she is about her clients. She pours so much thought and love into her work. Her nurturing presence is calming and grounded; she is truly a blessing! I hands down recommend choosing Alana to help you through your journey.”

"While not a postpartum patient, I did undergo a bone marrow transplant requiring 17 days in the hospital and a three-month recovery. I decided to utilize Alana‘s services to help out with my recovery at home. The food was delicious, nutrient-dense and Alana is kind, empathetic, nurturing, and very accommodating. You and the women in your life deserve this. Food is a huge part of the healing process. While food from friends, family, and neighbors is very kind, they likely lack the intention and high-quality ingredients. Alana puts a lot of research into her meals to specifically bolster your healing process. I highly recommend her services. Consider asking friends and family for a fund to support your food needs after having a baby, instead of flowers or other well-meaning gifts. This isn’t a splurge, it’s an essential component in the healing journey."

"I am beyond grateful I went through this journey with Alana. When I reached out to her I was going through a big life change having just had my first baby. I was feeling lost navigating life as a new mother in a global pandemic and my anxiety was getting the best of me. Her genuine care and compassion really showed every single time we met. This is a no-judgment zone where you are encouraged to dig deep and be straight and honest with yourself. Alana likes to tackle one small change at a time and in the blink of an eye you have worked on your nutrition, your sleep, your spirit, and your body. She is not just a great accountability buddy but also a great source of knowledge and information who will not hesitate researching or sharing something that will be of immediate use to you. The weekly recipes are delicious and truly customized to your needs. Most importantly you will learn to eat for your body. You will notice a difference, every day you show up and do the work you will feel good in no time!"
