Nourishing Meals At Your Fingertips
A full range of meal-related services, including grocery shopping, meal preparation, and a unique meal plan designed to nourish the new mother. With four dinners, breakfast dishes, and snacks (including lactation cookies!), meals are prepared in the comfort of your home on two separate days each week, ensuring maximum convenience. With each meal serving between four and six people, you can enjoy up to 16 servings of delectable dinners per week.

Mothering the New Mother
Mothers need to be held and taken care of, just as the new baby. Sometimes we need additional help and community, and that’s where I come in. In our time together, expect a listening ear, a supportive friend and a calm presence to ease you into this new phase of life. Sitz baths, herbal foot baths, and additional add-ons are an option to aid the mother in fully cocooning and resting. Every mother truly deserves to be nourished and loved.
Service Length Options:
2-week service
4 dinners weekly, prepared in the comfort of your own home; each meal comes with 4-6 servings, leaving you with a fridge full of ready-to-eat meals, with breakfasts and snacks included for two weeks.
1-month service
4 dinners weekly, prepared in the comfort of your own home; each meal comes with 4-6 servings, leaving you with a fridge full of ready-to-eat meals, with breakfasts and snacks included for 1 month.
Freezer meal service
4 dinners and snacks prepared and frozen in your home before the baby comes.
*Longer periods of service are welcomed. I do only have the capacity to take a handful of clients a month, so if possible, I would love to get you on the schedule!
