About Alana
Hi! I’m Alana and my passion is supporting others in their wellness journey through mindfulness, nutrition, and intention.
From a young age, I’ve struggled with multiple health issues and it wasn’t until I found yoga that I sat with the toll I was taking on my body from eating junk, running on little fuel, not addressing my stress, or listening to my body (all things that are normalized in our society), and I realized I was extremely unwell and unhappy.
Years later, after much trial and error, I have realized that true health is not found in a supplement or a quick fix, but a dedication to consistently loving and nurturing one’s body.
After completing my Yoga Training in 2016, I started working as a health coach and unexpectedly started my chef business. I soon noticed that many people needed help with their busy lives, especially when it came to making time for food. After working for a few years as a personal chef, I knew one thing was missing from my calling; I knew I was meant to specifically care for women. After nurturing my own feminity, I knew I wanted to care for women at a time when they needed it most, postpartum.
Thus my postpartum meal service was born! I have a deep love for helping others and what better way to do so than to ask, “I made you some tea and a nourishing meal.”
There’s much more to me than a few paragraphs, but that’s it for now! I would love to connect with you whether it be at a yoga class, my meal service, or over an iced latte.
