Here are a few of my interests, certifications & fun-facts:
I am a E-RYT 200 with Inspire Yoga, with certifications in Yin Yoga, Women’s Health and Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
I am a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in more than 100 dietary theories.
My name is pronounced “Ah-Lay-Nah”
I have been with my partner, Greyson, for 6 years and we live near Denton, TX with our two naughty black cats and chi-weenie. Oh, and some cute little worms in my composting bins!
I absolutely love cooking and I love making any recipe or craving into a healthier, more nutrient-dense option.
I love allll different types of movement! Hiking, yoga, lifting weights, dancing, HIIT, pretty much everything except running… ;)
If you start talking to me about any holistic practices or woo-woo new-age stuff, I will not shut up, lol. Ice baths, coffee enemas, castor oil packs, astrology, you name it. Yes, I am a gemini rising.
My health journey has been anything but a straight line, from disordered eating at a very young age, to battling PMS, anxiety and IBS. I know what it’s like to feel hopeless and out of options! Through mindfulness practices, moving my body and eating to heal my body I have seen my life change drastically.
In my program, I offer fully customizable meal plans, Cycle Synching workouts, and guidance to the best version of you.
There is so much more I plan to share and I am so excited to have this platform to bust all the crazy dieting myths, help you de-stress and just have some fun. You only have this one, beautiful body in this lifetime and I don’t know about you, but I plan on loving the heck out of myself for the rest of it.
